Mr. Payyavula Subbarao (61 years), is Head of the Company, prior to taking up this Role, he was Senior General Manager in the company “Power Grid Corporation of India Limited”, a Maharatna PSU, under MoP of Govt. Of India.
He is a graduate Engineer from JNTU College of Engineering (JNTU), Anantapur, AP, India also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HR from Sri Krishna Devaraya University (SKD).
He has more than 36 years of experience in Power Sector and has handled multi-disciplinary functions like Transmission System Construction, International Business, Maintenance, Hotline Maintenance, ERS(Disaster Managements), Trainer etc. in the Company.
In addition, he was Trained in ERS (Disaster Management) with M/s LINDSEY / CANADA in 1997 and 2000 who are only the suppliers in the World at that movement. Subsequently gained experience on other make ERS materials like M/s HBB and M/s Tower Solutions
He was also gained Experience through POWERGRID Lines/Works and attained as a Trainer for COLD Line maintenance activities of all types like Stringing, Erection, Insulators / Jumpers / Spacers replacement etc.
He also Worked as a International Project Manager in Nepal and the Project consists of 2Nos. Of 400KV Transmission Lines and 400KV Sub-station Construction.Solutions are w.r.t. to the troubles are being faced in different Voltage Capacities Transmission Lines/Systems with the support of Hotline (Live Line) and ERS (Disaster Management) Art of Technics of different Voltage levels ie. 132KVAC, 220KVAC, 400KVAC, 500KVHVDC, 765KVAC and 800KVHVDC etc.
